I took my 22 month old to a minor emergency place yesterday to get him checked out. He has a bad cough, runny nose, diarrhea, wont eat, had a temp 102 and very fussy. They said he most likely has the swine flu but are not testing for it anymore. They also said there is nothing they can do for him. Should I take him to his regular doctor?? Is there anything they can do to help him?

I was put into eviction a while back by this new manager that took over our property . Well she was very rude and disrespectful to me so we went to court...And I won. But after that when I would go in the rental office to ask for a copy of my lease agreement they always claimed they had to look for my file come back tommorrow. So I would'nt pay that any atttention. But 6 months later Im hearing the same story. And the Leasing agent who was there when this manager was there told me I think the manager that took you to court may have destroyed it or did something to it. ok heres the script. i'm only 20 but i cannot stand getting my period or bleeding any longer. ive been on the pill since 15. but since i was about 17 it never worked. i get spotting all the time. ive tried so many i cant even count. i have been tri-cycling with microgynon (it used to work fine when i was on it at the age of 15) but since coming back on it i have been bleeding for the past 3 weeks...AGAIN. i came off it yesterday but i cant even tell if ive got my period or its still just the bleeding i was getting. thats how bad it is. i've tried microgynon logynon loestron the list goes on. the spotting continued. i tried the jag. i got spotting with that too. does anyone know wot cud be wrong with me? i've got the doctors on wednesday but i just wanted some advice before that. the thing is i don't want kids and i know i never will. i'd love to have a hysterectomy n just stop all this. i know id need to take tablets for the premature menopause etc. bt it wud be better than this

What is wrong with power supply installation?

Recently, my computer has not been able to turn on. When I turn it on the power supply starts going for about 2 seconds (fans turn on) and then stops. I brought it to a computer repair store and they looked at it and said my power supply is basically too weak right now to power up my hard drive (500GB). So, I bought a new one and installed it and now it won't power up at all. I tested it on a power supply tester and it is still good, and tried another power supply as well. Furthermore, when I plug in my old one, its still tries to power up as normal for a few seconds. Therefore, I know my connections are all good. Oh yeah, my voltage is set at 115, so its not that either. Any ideas why my old PSU still revs up, but the replacements won't.

Am I being too emotional about this?

I am twenty seven and have been diagnosed w/ endometriosis. I have had a laporscopy, and tried pain medication to relieve my symptoms as well as birth control pill among other therapies used to treat the illness. My dr recently wanted to start me on new medication call Lupron or one called Zolodex, however my ins. will not approve them because they do not believe they are medically necessary. Both medications would put me in a temporary menopause to stop my hormones. (endo grows faster w/ hormones) Since I can not get my ins to approve it I have decided to go ahead w/ a hysterectomy (another treatment for endo). I have put it off thus far, but realize it is probably where I will end up anyways. I do have two children, but am still uncomfortable w/ the fact I will never be able to have another one, even though it is unlikely w/ my illness. I have been really upset and no one can understand why. It seems everyone around thinks I should just suck it up and get it done and over with. And none of them can understand this will not cure it! It just slows the growth. I feel I will be different some how or my relationship w/ my husband will be different after the surgery. I feel like I will "loose" a piece of myself. Should I feel the way I do or am I just overreacting?

Will old wiring work with HO alternators?

My 1982 POS Dodge D 50 came with a really low output amp. I replaced it with a 45 Amp alternator. My headlights are still dim. I got an H4 kit - still dim, but more illuminous. I also have 5 6" KC's and 2 4" lights by the grille. There's an 800W stereo system inside, also. Well, I tried installing a second battery - now it's a little better, but I can't run TWO KC lights and the stereo without my capacitor screaming at me. I'm gonna have to get another alternator - leaning towards a 100Amp I located, but will the wiring be able to handle it? I have seen some 220A beasts - but I think that would be overkill. Any advice/tech tips are appreciated!!!

Hi, I can ollie, shuvit, pop shuvit, boneless, boneless 180, board slide, sometimes 360 shuvit, but I need to land kickflips like my shuvits which is like every time so I can move onto varial flips and 360 flips. I'm really sick of not landing this trick and I've been practicing this trick for five months and landed about 40 or so of them. The board will always shoot in front of me and the board will always go vertical and one of my biggest problems is having a very hard time poping the board and being afraid to jump high and then when that happens the will shoot out in front of me, spin back side, or go straight behind. You can't run fallout 3 on that computer...your graphics card is integrated which sucks.(no offense). The Mobile Intel(R) 965 Express Chipset Family is pretty much not good at all for gaming. I have a bonded pair of rabbits. How difficult will it be to re-introduce them after my doe has kits?

I have a pair of mini rex rabbits. One is a neutered male that I got from a rescue. The other is a blue tort Vienna marked doe that comes from championship lines. I got her from a fantastic breeder who happens to be a close personal friend. She only gave me this doe because she is the only one my neutered male would get along with. She was planning on keeping her as part of her breeding stock but gave her to me out of the kindness of her heart so that my little boy would have a companion. they've been getting along famously, always grooming and snuggling up to each other. She just asked that I let her get at least one litter from her before I spay her to p on her phenomenol genes. My question is, after breeding her, how difficult will it be to re-introduce her to my other rabbit? I intend on allowing them to have their exercise together throughout her pregnancy and while nursing so they stay familiar. Keep in mind I'm NOT asking if it's a good idea to breed her, this is the deal I made with her breeder. Homes are already lined up and she hasn't even been bred yet. She's a healthy, show-quality, papered mini rex and I'll have my friend to coach me through raising the kits. She just cannot give me info on re-introducing them since she does not house her rabbits in pairs since they are all breeders and show rabbits and are therefore unaltered.

I have a micro fiber sofa as well as 3 boys, 2 dogs and a cat...so believe me...I know how to clean it...lol for small stains just use a damp cloth and gently rub/blot the area, sometimes in a pinch I have been known to use a wipe...lol as long as it doesn't contain any harsh chemicals. if it is dried food take a brush and brush off the excess and try the damp cloth again..... and if it is an all out disaster (mine will sometimes get that way) I bring out the carpet cleaner with a hand attachment and use Woolite upholstery cleaner in it and it comes out like the day I bought it. hope this helps...

I want to transfer schools, but I still love my ex, could the long distance work?

So here's the deal, I'm a sophmore in college right now. My ex girlfriend also attends this college, and she actually transferred here from a different school 2nd semester of freshmen year. She didn't like her first school because she thought it was too dangerous, so she decided to come here. We are high school sweethearts, and are still deeply in love. It's always been a dream for me to go out west and work on my music, and go to school. Oregon is just much more appealing, especially for an outdoor enthusiast, then Iowa, where I'm at. I'm a great believer in positive methods. I have never used any form of punishment or negative reinforcement with my dogs (or with my human children) and both are wonderful and well-behaved. (I've got 6 rescued dogs and 2 children, ages 17 and 16 mos). I love positive methods because they are so easy to live with and work so very well with no ill feelings for anyone. Teen able to lose control over second hand smoke?

Hey everyone. I am a 19 year old male who is an ex-smoker. Now I know what they say about being an ex-smoker (hypocrits) but I might be an exception. I smoked for about 7 years, thank god I was able to quit cold turkey 10 months ago. I have ALWAYS been surrounded by smokers/lived with them my whole life. Anyways, now that I dont smoke and avoid it as much as possible, I realize how rotten they are to smell. So my good for nothing drunk grandfather always sits in the kitchen, reads/listens to music/does crosswords, and smokes. My room is directly above it and it smells just as bad as if you were in the same room, my room is the only place I can "get away" from everything and it is starting to give me a daily cough/burning nose again now that hes smoking inside again in the kitchen (usually outside in the summer) and it is making me insanely mad. He has no concideration for me knowing its been giving me a lump in the throat/cough. It makes me so mad I want to hook him with such a haymaker across his face his heads spins - ofcourse that isnt what im going to do, but I feel like it, aside from him being my grandfather I hate people who disrespect, and I know youre gonna say "well its his house" yes, it is. But who would care that its irrating his grandson? what can I do/any feedback?

How should I position my fans for my desktop?

So I have a Cooler Master Elite 341 m-ATX Mini Tower Case, I plan on having four 120mm fans installed into it. One in the rear, one in the front, and two on the side. Now my question is, should my side fans be blowing air into the case (the manual suggests it be done that way) or should I have the side fans blowing air out? I went through the ice storm last year and we had no electric for almost two weeks. My baby won't sleep in her crib. She will sleep in her swing, but after 2-3 nights of sleeping in her crib...?

she won't go back for more than an hour at a time. In all fairness, her room is not air conditioned, and ours is. Her window fan does cool the room down, but not below 70 degrees. Is it too soon to worry, or is it okay that she is sleeping in her swing. She slept 10.5 hours consecutively in her swing. For the 2-3 nights she slept in her crib, she did sllep 6.5 - 8 hours.

Then try visualizing yourself performing those tasks on a daily basis. Good spelling and writing are fundamental ets in a lot of jobs. I worked in government and there was always a demand for good writers, lawyer is another option. Do not limit yourself to the standard set of writing jobs, but search a little more to determine what else you like and want to do. Let's also ume that, after re-learning the basics of survival, we re-learn to read the books that existed before our memories were erased. How likely is it that, upon comparing the books that proclaim to have been written or inspired by a god (Christian bible, Qu'ran, etc.), people will find inherent truth in the same book that they believed in before (uming that they believed at all)? If you take away their indoctrination into religion and the reinforcement of family and community, what evidence is there that one of these books is divinely inspired?

Which dog is best for me?

I Like all dogs..but especialy bigger dogs! You've got yourself started already - by knowing what you/he likes, make a menu for one week. From that menu, buy what you'll nee to prepare those meals. Don't worry about knowing how to cook. Get yourself a basic cookbook and try 1 new recipe every week or so. You will start to learn just by doing it and eventually can start adding the extra veggie servings, or a grilled meat or whatever. There's nothing wrong with having a pasta more than once ot twice week. You cna even have a cold pasta salad with a bread and it's a satisfying meal. You may get a whole bunch of suggestions, which will give you some great recipes but won't solve your original problem. Think of your old elementary school lunch menus and branch out from there. I would not sign Iverson if I was the Raptors because that is a small back court with only Marion being the only defensive minded player. He dribbles the ball way too much for him to be in Toronto's offense. If you can get Marion to sign for 12million or less per year, I would try to trade for Jamal Crawford (since he is known to be available). Is this a good workout plan?

This is my plan starting monday and i have school so i kinda had to modify it alittle bit. Go to the gym at 1:00 p.m. Routine at the gym will be Three Different Bicep workouts in reps of 12x increase weight 8x increase weight 6x drop weight 8x drop weight 12x. Then three different workouts for the triceps, and 5 different workouts for the chest and three different workouts for the traps following the same rep thing. Then at 4:30 i go for a 1 1/2 mile run and then at 9:00 i hit the bag, shadow box and do push ups, sit ups and pullups and alittle bit more other things. Then on tuesday its cardio. wednesday will be at the gym for the lower body, abs and the back. Same thing as monday and thursday will be cardio again. Im not sure if i will be able to go to the gym friday but i will try and it will be the same as monday. Does this sound effective to you guys? Its kinda crap cuz i kinda just made it up myself. I used to do this routine the summer but i only did it for like 2 weeks then went on vacation so i can't really tell if its effective. Im hoping by next summer i have a Brad Pitt or Georges St. Pierre Body lol :).
