PLZ HELP! Desperation?

Ok so we been hanging out. For a bit. And I have told her i like her,even asked her to a school dance? She said yes. But like she acts like we are just friends,but it feels like she likes me. But wont tell me anything. Wat should I do? There is this other girl who I like and she actually likes me,but I like the other girl more. The first girl goes to parties alot and hooks up wit guys and have been told shes a s.l.u.t,but not just making out and feeling each other up but only when shes drunk and even dances pretty dirty wit other guys, but again only wen shes drunk. But i still like her? Any advice? I like her alot. But should I move on to the other girl or wat? Btw And she isnt really that good looking more like a 6 or 7 out of 10.But I find her very attractive, and there arent any guys going after her. Except for me.
