Can stuffing my bra stunt my growth?

Ok so when I was younger I got into the habit of stuffing my bra to make it look like I had like the other girls. I did this for years, from 13 to 18. I'm 24 now and I'm still an A cup. A friend of mine told me to take B.C. pills to make them grow but I'm weary about gaining weight. I'm at 190 right now and trying to lose the weight not put it on. My mother has large , as does both of my sisters. They're not like me, they just have D's. Could me stuffing my bra when I was younger have really affected my ? And is there any way other than the pills to get bigger ? I don't want huge, I want average.
