Anything the doctor can do for H1N1 for my 22 month od son?

I took my 22 month old to a minor emergency place yesterday to get him checked out. He has a bad cough, runny nose, diarrhea, wont eat, had a temp 102 and very fussy. They said he most likely has the swine flu but are not testing for it anymore. They also said there is nothing they can do for him. Should I take him to his regular doctor?? Is there anything they can do to help him?
