Obama said it was a case of the judicial system overstepping its boundaries?

by interpreting the constitution the way it is supposed to and ruling that he was overstepping his boundaries? I think I just became a birther because there is no way an American-born citizen has never heard of checks and balances. Either that or he is an arrogant prick.
