Thought experiment--anyone?

ume that the entire human race has its individual and collective memories erased permanently. No one and nothing is familiar to anyone. Let's also ume that, after re-learning the basics of survival, we re-learn to read the books that existed before our memories were erased. How likely is it that, upon comparing the books that proclaim to have been written or inspired by a god (Christian bible, Qu'ran, etc.), people will find inherent truth in the same book that they believed in before (uming that they believed at all)? If you take away their indoctrination into religion and the reinforcement of family and community, what evidence is there that one of these books is divinely inspired?
