Please Help i Need Serious Advice...He Is Confusing the HELL out of me?

He's really sweet honestly. He thinks I'm the crazy one. We have been dating and I was just getting out of an relationship. He told me I belong to him and I liked this I agreed to be with him. I don't call him much but I send him text messages. i know he had a history of sleeping around he is really popular (plays with a local band) I either Really like u or I don't. i really like him no in betweens. We stay over each others house all the time. He performs 4 days out of the week (club) where i met him. I went to his show last night because he asked me to. He brought me a drink and told me he was gonna spend the night with me. LIES. After the club he told me he was on his way and never showed up. I sent him a text message telling him off. Why would he keep telling me he wants to be with me if he doesn't show it. He told me he wants us to sit down and talk. He told me he has a Business Proposition for me. What do u think he is talking about ? My friends think he wants to make some things clear but I have no idea. I really like this guy he has never been mean to me but he acts as if he can not tell me NO. Alot of women like him and I mean ALOT. What should I do and what would someone want to sit down and talk about (business proposition) I am confused. He is on the road to perform right now he will be back Sunday. Sorry for giving u this long story but HELP
