What happens if your apartment leasing office loses you entire file?

I was put into eviction a while back by this new manager that took over our property . Well she was very rude and disrespectful to me so we went to court...And I won. But after that when I would go in the rental office to ask for a copy of my lease agreement they always claimed they had to look for my file come back tommorrow. So I would'nt pay that any atttention. But 6 months later Im hearing the same story. And the Leasing agent who was there when this manager was there told me I think the manager that took you to court may have destroyed it or did something to it. So they have been posting my rent strictly through my ledger. My thing is, what do you do in this case? what happens if they try to blame me or make me go through this whole thing of getting qaulified when I already have been. Should I get a lawyer or what.
