Draught keg failure - what is my recourse?

I brought home a Heineken draught keg to put in my Beertender and when I attached the beer tube the keg started shooting beer all over me and my kitchen. I managed to get the beer tube off and put a new one on and it stopped being a fountain but is steadily spewing the entire contents of the keg. How can I get a refund? I can't find any information on this.
