I don't exactly understand the whole swine flu pandemic, is it curable or not? if it is, can it kill you?

anything can kill you. only a handful of people have died from swine flu. regular flu kills people too just like many other sicknessess. they do have a vaccine for it now and in my area it was free but there isn't a "cure" right now just like the regular flu.
