Is Carmen Winstead's story really true?????

I was on MySpace and I got a bulletin saying things about Carmen Winstead and how she got pushed into an open sewer and came to haunt anybody who didnt keep the chain going, that she would either push them down the sewer drown them in the toilet or drown them in the shower. I have one simple question... Is this strange super natural story true? and if so did Carmen get pushed into the sewer or did she fall?
