Is this a good workout plan?
This is my plan starting monday and i have school so i kinda had to modify it alittle bit. Go to the gym at 1:00 p.m. Routine at the gym will be Three Different Bicep workouts in reps of 12x increase weight 8x increase weight 6x drop weight 8x drop weight 12x. Then three different workouts for the triceps, and 5 different workouts for the chest and three different workouts for the traps following the same rep thing. Then at 4:30 i go for a 1 1/2 mile run and then at 9:00 i hit the bag, shadow box and do push ups, sit ups and pullups and alittle bit more other things. Then on tuesday its cardio. wednesday will be at the gym for the lower body, abs and the back. Same thing as monday and thursday will be cardio again. Im not sure if i will be able to go to the gym friday but i will try and it will be the same as monday. Does this sound effective to you guys? Its kinda crap cuz i kinda just made it up myself. I used to do this routine the summer but i only did it for like 2 weeks then went on vacation so i can't really tell if its effective. Im hoping by next summer i have a Brad Pitt or Georges St. Pierre Body lol :).
