Going Snowboarding/Skiing for the First Time EVER! Help?

I had long johns and snow pants on top, T-shirt with snow jacket on top, you get hot when ur doing snowboarding, concentrate on your hands and feet, wear a thin pair of gloves under you snow gloves, and a nice pair of thermal socks to wear under your boots, trust me i thought my toes were gunna drop off. you can buy these hand warmer things, almost like tea bags you take them out the packet and put them in your glove and the stay warm.
