Catholicism and LGBT rights?

Does the Pope pretty much hold the key to Heaven? And if he does could any future Popes say that it is okay to be , gay, bi, or trans if it is true that what you hold true on earth God will Hold will hold true in Heaven? And even if that wasn't even possible aren't Christian still condemning them selves when they judge the LGBT community or any one else?
