Which is the worst religion and why?

I tend to think that any truly "organized religion" is just a hindrance to human advancement and true faith. Being told what to believe, how to do it, and that all other beliefs are wrong is very ignorant. Organized religion (mainly the western religions) I consider to be the biggest detriment to true faith the world has ever encountered.
