Are you suppose to use the refining mask before the other 3 steps?

I just got the Proactiv Solution kit and I don't know if i am suppose to be cleansing my face first then, tone it, use the repairing lotion and then use the refining mask i am so confused please help i need directions, tips, schedules ANYTHING FAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
