I need an awesome recipe for my church homecoming dinner.. HELP.?

I want something that will make them say, "MMM! Who made dat?!" lol But seriously.. I'm tired of taking broccoli cerole. I can't cook very well, so it can't be too hard, and it will need to be able to sit for abut an hour while we have our service. Also, something that I can cook or store in a gl 9x13 dish. Please and thank youuu!
