How should I position my fans for my desktop?

So I have a Cooler Master Elite 341 m-ATX Mini Tower Case, I plan on having four 120mm fans installed into it. One in the rear, one in the front, and two on the side. Now my question is, should my side fans be blowing air into the case (the manual suggests it be done that way) or should I have the side fans blowing air out? I'm not sure what would be more efficient since my graphics card gets pretty hot and I wouldn't want the hot air around the graphics card to blow throughout the rest of the motherboard. I don't really feel like dealing with the whole trial and error thing...
