Period help?

ok heres the script. i'm only 20 but i cannot stand getting my period or bleeding any longer. ive been on the pill since 15. but since i was about 17 it never worked. i get spotting all the time. ive tried so many i cant even count. i have been tri-cycling with microgynon (it used to work fine when i was on it at the age of 15) but since coming back on it i have been bleeding for the past 3 weeks...AGAIN. i came off it yesterday but i cant even tell if ive got my period or its still just the bleeding i was getting. thats how bad it is. i've tried microgynon logynon loestron the list goes on. the spotting continued. i tried the jag. i got spotting with that too. does anyone know wot cud be wrong with me? i've got the doctors on wednesday but i just wanted some advice before that. the thing is i don't want kids and i know i never will. i'd love to have a hysterectomy n just stop all this. i know id need to take tablets for the premature menopause etc. bt it wud be better than this
