Im 7 months pregnant and my husband pushed me into the bathtub out of anger?

my husband and i were arguing about our fairness in our marriage or lack thereof and he started to get angry, i tried going to the bathroom to get away from him when i knew it was about to get ugly, my 1 year old son followed behind him and i was desperatly trying to get us out of the bathroom but he kept blocking the door, he eventually pushed me and i went falling and ended up in the bathtub and my son on the floor, he picks up our son and screams, "what are you doing", your acting stupid, i lay there for a minitue in disbelief and when i get up i shove him out of the way and run for the door, he pushes me to the floor and says im not going anywhere, so i lay there while he stands over me and tells me how much i ruin everything, how much of a screw up i am and etc. its hard for me to leave because i work and he doesnt but he watches our son during the day, i want to, i cant sleep at night anymore. im not allowed to go anywhere but owrk and back at all times. is him pushing me down while pregnant any kind of offense?
